U.S. President Donald Trump's pick for Navy secretary withdraws

U.S. President Donald Trump's pick for secretary of the Navy pulled back from thought on Sunday, the second time a Trump chosen one to lead one of the outfitted administrations bowed out due to government irreconcilable circumstance rules.
